Design
Design can typically start straight away once relevant drawings and details have been provided. Our experienced in house design and engineering team will carefully create the most efficient and robust designs possible.
Manufacture
Once design has been completed, the necessary SFS will be manufactured without the long lead times. If design is not required, manufacturing can start immediately, with SFS either cut to length or produced in standard stock lengths ready for cutting on site.
DELIVERY
Delivery can be made to site as soon as first bundles have been manufactured, reducing down times on site as much as possible.
All necessary fixings, windposts, angles and flat plates can also be supplied and delivered at once, ensuring that all correct Protec components can be used and there are no hold ups on site.
Install
On-site assembly of Protec systems is simple, highly efficient and safe. There are no wet processes, cutting or welding, and only minimal waste. On site training offered to first time installers mean previously unfamiliar personnel can get up to speed quickly.
For structure projects, flat-pack materials can be quickly passed up to the next storey easily with delivery in flat packed bundles.
